Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at: support@some-objects.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items:
Custom-made items, final sale items, gift cards, and used or damaged items caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
